Why The Need?



     For many years the Church has declared that the customs, ceremony, dance, sweat lodge, and many other sacred practices given by God unto the people are incompatible with Christianity. That wasn't true at the time of contact nor is it true today. Native Nations Ministries has the purpose and mission of uniting once again a people separated from one another on the grounds of religion. It is God's will that Christian Natives and Traditional Natives find the common ground that unites us by realizing that we have always worshipped the same God. The Creator's name is Jesus! We bring Christ unto the Traditional Peoples just as they are and they are not asked to give up their God given culture in exchange.
